How often it is the website updated?

The website is updated at least 4 times a week Monday through Friday.

How do I get a password?

First off you need to be a retail storeowner or a manufacturer. We don't sell to individuals. If you are a storeowner call the Alliance warehouse closest to you and speak with one of our knowledgeable sales representatives. They will get you set up usually within 24 hours. If you are a manufacturer carried by Alliance, please call Mike Webb at 410-602-8000 ext.1005

Is my password case sensitive?

No

Is my password space sensitive?

Yes

I looked at your products and I notice they all showed retail pricing. When does my discount get applied?

Your order is e-mailed to your sales representative who will enter your order into our system and deduct your discount.

I downloaded a zip file of your entire inventory and when I click on it nothing happens, what is this file used for?

This is a tab-delimited file that can be imported into a spreadsheet or database program. It contains Alliance's entire inventory.

How often is the inventory file updated?

Every Friday.
